What’s important, We Keep all the information Confidential to the third party.
Neutral or SeiaoTek Logo Items, ETD approximately 5~7 days,
OEM Logo requirement items, ETD approximately 21~30 days.
As for warranty, we provide 3 years (36 months) for all items listed in offical webiste, changing new items and RMA support during warranty period, Please take photos (video) for the sticker and keep them with a credit for the faulty units, this is to be applied to our future requirement and make up for them.
Our RMA Procedures:
Each product comes with Serial no. in barcode sticker, we will get knowing production time from the lable sticker, e.g. S/N: PS200618011530304
a. product name: PS (PoE Switch)
b. manufacture date: 06/18/2020
c. batch number: 0304 (last four No.)
d. If product comes with firmware, we would add the MAC address
Kindly note, warranty does not cover damage caused by man-made, improper care, improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, and force majeure such as natural disasters, earthquakes, fires, etc.

While our products technically have no minimum order quantities, recommended MOQs are in place (which will differ based on products type, printing, or processes) to prevent individual unit prices from becoming too costly to recommend. Most of our products are shipped flat, requiring minor assembly upon arrival. Special structures, typically rigid box styles, may need to be shipped as they are.
